Fibre Down!

I’ve had TT Fibre for about 5 days and today my internet went off, the router is now blinking orange/blue (not the continuous orange slow blinking light) and is hasn’t been working for 6 hours and counting! 

 

Could this be a problem with the service or part of stabilisation period? I’m working from home and internet is essential to me doing so. Please help!!
