I have ordered and "received" the Fibre Speed Boost which went live on Friday. There has been no change to my connection. I have used the live chat who confirmed the "boost" and had me run speed checks which showed I am still limited to 38Mbps, same as before the "boost".
I am connected by cable, have disconnected the router for over an hour (after reading posts on here) and still no boost to my speed.
i had this aswell, in the end when i fianlly got through tot somebody with a bit of sense they said due to my exchange and current connection i could neevr get any faster speed, so i had the boost cancelled. they shoudl have checked this when i signed up!
