Fibre boost not worked for months

(after reading other people's threads) that I have never gotten speeds above approx. 38Mbps, all the while I have had Fiber Speed Boost. I queried this a while back with talk talk to be told speeds were fine but at my end they weren’t 
the speed is just getting worse


also tried to cancel this but unable to speak to anyone or change it online 


can someone contact me???

I also have a problem with Fibre Speed Boost. This was added to my account on request and confirmed on 31 January 2020. I paid for and installed a new router but I noticed only a drop in connectivity speeds.

After querying several times regarding Broadband speed through Customer Service, I was told I did not have the Fibre Speed Boost on my account. Eventually, on 26 March 2020, the Loyalty department confirmed it had been omitted in error and that it would now be added and would take about 24 hours to activate. But nothing has happened and still it does not show on my Account.

Is there anything that can be done about this?
