Fibre boost not working

Hi,

 I recently ordered a fibre boost (31/08) and I got the order confirmation but it seems like the boost did not apply. I spoke to live chat and they said the boost has been applied and decided my router was the issue so they sent me a hub which I have now set up.

 

The issue still remains and I believe I am still on the 40mbps package from the looks of my dsl stats (below)

 

Actual Rate [Kbps]400009999
Maximum Rate [Kbps]831269999

 

Could someone please let me know if the boost has indeed been applied or when it will be?

Also to note: I have tried leaving my router off for 30-40 mins as I saw this was a potential fix for this, but still no dice.

I have noticed that the Speed boost is missing from your account.  

 

I have added this now and it should increase your speed at some point today.
