I recently ordered a fibre boost (31/08) and I got the order confirmation but it seems like the boost did not apply. I spoke to live chat and they said the boost has been applied and decided my router was the issue so they sent me a hub which I have now set up.
The issue still remains and I believe I am still on the 40mbps package from the looks of my dsl stats (below)

Could someone please let me know if the boost has indeed been applied or when it will be?
I have noticed that the Speed boost is missing from your account.
I have added this now and it should increase your speed at some point today.
