Hi Guys and Girls

Could somebody please check my service, I have tried to up grade my fibre service through an e-mail link which did not work so spend over half an hour with a chat operator on Monday who said he had done it, but my speeds are still the same and i can see any thing in my account????

 

So some what puzzled.

My Wi-Fi is still a bit slow any tips please.

Thanks for getting back to me, all is now going well with the speed to my main computer speeds up to 73. 

Tried the tips for Wi-Fi still not very good at distance.
