Just to let you know I've once again began to get an unstable line.
There has been over 27 disconnections today and my sync speeds have varied from 22mb to 49mb.
It's been hit and miss on and off since I last reported before Christmas but nothing was found then as its once if these annoying intermittent faults.
My line attenuation is currently at 23db, is 15db usually when fine and has been in the 40db at time today.
I did also listen to the quiet line test and heard the odd crackle at times.
It frustrating as in the current climate i need it stable more than ever with the need to work from home.
I'm sorry to hear that your connection has been unstable and 'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has detected a possible line issue so I've passed this over to Openreach now for an external line investigation to be completed.
We usually advise 48-72hrs for investigation to be completed, however this may be slightly longer. Please post back here on Monday if you haven't received an update.
