Fibre internet ne40 down

Internet has been down for 2 days.  Router login says fine.  Done a Switch off and left for 30 minutes and also resets. Constant White light on box but nothing on WiFi or ethernet.  Can connect to my usual WiFi network but no data coming through

 

Online check tool says working fine.  Tried master socket direct connection.

 

Help please

Status reads connected ds 50.8 us 11.6

 

No data coming through.  Constant White light on router.

Came back on after the bank holiday.  Thank you if anyone has actioned this.

Spoke too soon. Back off completely again.  Still have phone line.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is showing in sync and connected.
