My faster fibre service was supposed to have gone live on the 30th March (Monday). The router had not arrived so the engineer could not test the line. I am concerned as now it says on my account that the 'Faster Fibre Order has been cancelled'. I have had no correspondence from Talktalk and I cannot get through on the phone. Please can you tell me if my line is activated, my contract still exists, and when the router will come? If the router does not arrive for a while, can I use an old router? Thanks very much, Georgie
