Over the weekend I accepted an offer from TalkTalk to apply the Fibre Speed Boost to my line.
Other than the confirmation page I took a screenshot of ...
I’ve not received any email communication from TalkTalk and I can’t see anything on my online account.
Should I have received some form of confirmation of uptake?

Your line is showing in sync at 79.9mb, please can you power down your router for a full 30 minutes and then run a speed test following this?

l have done as asked turned router off for 30 mins and have no change in line speed.

Are you running the speed tests wired or wireless? Could you run the speed test on a different device?
I've checked again and the line is in sync at 79.9mb.
