I appreciate these are unprecedented times but its been 11 days since I replied and appear to have had no response. I am really struggling with speeds and working from home is very difficult. Just been on Service Centre - line test and outcome was:
The health check we carried out on your broadband line shows that recently you have not been receiving the estimated download speed we guaranteed when you signed up to TalkTalk.
Estimated speed: 25 Mb - 40 Mb
Recent speed: 9 Mb
Regards Mitchelle's agreement, on the 11th May'20, to send a replacement router.
It's now been almost a month since that offer and even after posting 3 further emails, I have still not received the promised router. Can someone from the community team please advise what the problem is? The issue with the Fibre speed remains unresolved.
