Fibre upgrade adding TV

I was looking to upgrade to fibre, but when I try to, the TV package is being added to the basket. How do I simply upgrade to fibre? Is there a setup cost?

Maybe try doing this over the phone or using Chat. The chat facility is available most business hours via the link on the update notice of the community home page. 

 

Spell out that you don't want anything to do with the TV aspect.....

 

You can also try phoning the LOYALTY team. Persist despite the messages about prioritising vulnerable customers etc.

Thanks. Tried chat maybe a dozen times (when it was available). After you enter your details it says they are too busy! Terrible service.
