Fix a dropping broadband connection

Hi there, this may be an overly used topic but I've lost all hope on the call centres as they have been very unhelpful in resolving this issue for me. essentially my internet keeps dropping out every 5 minutes then taking 10 minutes to reconnect. Its nothing to do with my broadband, its is clearly the router as everytime it drops the light flashes between orange and white then back to white only to drop out again. This has been an ongoing problem for 24hrs now. Please can someone help me as I am not tech savvy

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see re connections on the line.

 

I can send a replacement router for testing, would you like me to arrange this?
