Fix slow broadband speeds

Just recipient my new router from tt to replace my old one which was not working properly  it is a DSL 3782 which works find but doesn't seem to be picking up my vpn router is tried everything even phoned up the vpn router all OK from there end phoned up tt they said it was nothing to do with them all she was doing was reading from a script all the time.In the end have given them 30 days notice to cancel this is the only complaint in 2 years but it has taken them 7 weeks to sort it out goodbye  type
