Flashing orange light on router

I have a flashing orange light on my router. I have turnt it off twice for at least twenty minutes each time and tried the reset but no success. 

 

Can you please advise on the next steps?

It went off again last night but I unplugged the router and it was okay.

 

It's gone off again about 10 minutes ago

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which has detected a possible issue.

 

Is your router currently connected at the test socket? Which router are you using? (make and model)

Afternoon Debbie,

I replied by e-mail rather than on here and I plugged the router to the test socket a few days ago but it didn't work. It's been off and on again and it's off at the moment.

It's in the test socket still.

The model is Sagemcom FAST 5364-3.T8
