Hi,

I was due to go live on Faster 150 24th March but the OpenReach engineer didn't turn up.

I contacted TalkTalk on 25th and was told I'd get a call on 27th to discuss what went wrong. 27th no one called me and it's now impossible to contact anyone.

 

Can you please tell me what's happening with my order? The 24th was before the government lockdown so I am unsure as to why the OpenReach engineer didn't come.

Hi Skully,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. It looks like this has been delayed. At the moment due to the lock down the engineers are not able to enter the property to keep both themselves and customers safe during this time. If an engineer needs to complete work at the property then we would have to re-book this in for June.

 

Is your current connection still working at the moment?
