Hi @Laurs15 right now we are prioritising essential maintenance and repair works to minimise engineer visits. As a result, some customers who require an engineer visit to install TalkTalk broadband will have their appointments postponed, with vulnerable customers taking priority. Is there an option to re-book your engineer appointment in My Account?
Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
