I just started to fill in my details to apply for fibre broadband and found I had to give a mobile number and it was a required question only I don't have a mobile number as I don't have a mobile phone so I had to cancel my application, including my £50 gift card that ended at midnight. Why isn't it never taken into consideration that someone might not have a mobile phone? Why won't they accept a landline number or one's email.?

Staff may be able to advise whether it absolutely has to be a mobile number or not.
They reply Monday to Friday during the day.
