Help Fibre problem..

Hi all

I got talktalk fibre boost in may everything was great up until the 2nd july after that date it's all gone downhill,when i do a service status it says not getting the required speed(49 to 63)

at the moment iam getting 45 but my main problem is the router it just reboots, so far just today 9  times and it's been like this since the begening of july.

can anybody please help...

I have done live chat but not got anywhere....
