In need for some advise, I upgraded from and old plan (which was brilliant) to faster fibre with talk talk TV, this was to go live on the 14th and since then the broadband is connected, but with no Internet access. I have spoken to the tech team numerous times who have done all the diognostics, reset the router, asked me to switch the router off and back on 30 minutes afterwards. They have also sent 2 replacement routers, and I'm still having the same problem. I called the loyalty team to cancel the contract, however they have offered to give me 2 months free service. Also advised that I would need to wait 30 days so the router has plenty of time to get the correct connection. Have anyone been through this before? How was this resolved? Am I supposed to wait 30 days to get Internet connection?
