Home move error

First Timer

Had a home move booked that I changed but the customer rep didn’t move my deactivation date so I’m now without an internet connection for a week and I work from home, call centre isn’t open until 9am and no other way to contact??? 


This has happened to several customers and you are not going to like the answer that staff here have given previously, the gist of which is this.


Once a service has been disconnected it cannot be reinstated unless a new order is made for that address.


You will need to find an alternative solution for the next week.

@AlexHampson, it is worth completing your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 


This should help them support you generally when you have problems but particularly during the home move. 


Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.

As mentioned we cant restart the service once its has been cancelled.
