Home swap over gone wrong

Hi,

 

I moved from Margate to Westcliff and moved my broadband across, was meant to be activated on the 2nd of April,

I just got an email saying Talk Talk has been contacted by another provider that has cancelled the service. My guess is that there has been a mix up of the address, as i i live at number 47 and my neighbors at 47a!

 

Is there any way i could get it fixed other than calling please? I have been on the phone for over half an hour - I know it is not the best time to get anything sorted with limited services everywhere..
