How do i cancel my order of fibre broadband?

i ordered faster fibre on 03.20 but now wish to cancel order. Your phone line is closed, i have failed to reset my password as "somethings gone wrong" appears and i have a set time in which i can cancel before you charge me so what do i do? my start date is 08.04.20 but router not on its way so just want to cancel please.

I can ensure that you are in the workflow for help from a qualified TT staff member,  but it may take a few days.  Worth trying these alternative options meanwhile.

i cant change my password to get into my account as after i put in my new password and press continue nothing happens, so i cant fill in the form to request cancellation. Any ideas welcome
