i ordered faster fibre on 03.20 but now wish to cancel order. Your phone line is closed, i have failed to reset my password as "somethings gone wrong" appears and i have a set time in which i can cancel before you charge me so what do i do? my start date is 08.04.20 but router not on its way so just want to cancel please.
