How not to get cut off.

We should be getting switched to Virgin tomorrow 28th March however an engineer can not come until 9th April which Iam sure will be longer so we will be without the internet. I have tried all afternoon to get in touch with Talktalk but to no avail, to keep connected with them I have no idea what to do like everyone we need the net for work school etc, can anyone please help.

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please reply when this has been updated.
