How to upgrade to SuperFast Fibre

First Timer

I am currently on Faster Fiber, and my 18 months contract had ended... I am trying to upgrade to SuperFast.. but my account does now show how to upgrade... I am trying to find the chat option... which I am unable to find ( can someone pls help, how to chat with support)

You can call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00pm and Saturday 10:00-18:00) on 03451720046 im sure they can help.
