Please can you factory reset your router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds. Let us know once this has been completed, we can then try and connect to your router.
I'm still unable to connect to your router. Is the HG633 currently connected to the line? Is TR069 enabled in the router settings?

Hi, is TR069 switched on by default? If so, I haven't touched it.
The device has reset, as the wi-fi network reset back to the default name. Could you please look at resolving as the internet has become very unstable.
I've tried this again, however I've not been able to connect to the router. Do you have an alternative router that you can test with to see how the stability compares?
