Hub not turning on at new house

Hi, I have recently moved house, and got the email today saying internet was ready to go at the new place. I have therefore tried to plug the router in (which working fine at the old house) but no light appears on the hub.. I have tried different charges, different plug sockets, and resetting it but nothing is happening...

Hi DannyandJoey,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Do you have a dial tone? I've completed a radius re-sync now, could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then try and connect again please.
