I got home this lunchtime and found no internet. The hub was dead with no light and didn’t respond to being turned off and on (I know). I tested the power supply and there is no 12v output. It may just be that or there is a possibility that it has taken the hub with it. Is it possible to get another one sent?
They do not send out PSUs, but will replace the whole thing. I will ask TT to arrange this for you.
