I have a Draytek Vigor 2862 router/modem.

If I switch to TalkTalk Superfast Fibre, can I use that?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi @MarkFromPompey welcome to the community your. Do you already have a TT contract or are you looking to join?

I have a Draytek 2762 working faultlessly connected to AP903 and AP802 giving a great mesh through the house.

If you jump and need. Any setup screen shots just ask.

I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.

Hi @Divsec , Many thanks for the welcome and info.

I'm thinking of joining TT.

If I joined TT and something should go wrong e.g. a line fault or TT network issue,  what are their customers services like?

Thanks once again for the offer of setup screenshots.

Hi @MarkFromPompey answering about customer service. The team here in the community are excellent and will move heaven and earth to sort things for you. The chat and online stuff is not so hot and very formulaic.

One thing to remember is that they won't support third party kit but you will always have the TT router in the box as a backup!

Hi @Divsec  Many thanks again.

The team in the community being excellent, sounds great. 🙂

If I join, i'll keep the TT box on standby, just in case they ever needed to do their checks & tests on things. 🙂
