I post a reply on a thread, but its marked as SPAM ?

I keep get emails saying I've been sen a private message, but I dont have a private message. 

Can anyone direct me to how I can release my post ?

These are the emails I'm getting:

"Subject: Your post - 'Re: My FTTC is down 15Mb after Openreach did some work outside our house today', has been identified as potentially being spam and has been held in our spam filters. If not spam, please contact us by posting in the community for the attention of the community team.
From: Anonymous
Date: 19-10-2019 08:13 AM"

I had it last night as well when I was trying to reply. Is there any way to fix this?

Can anyone help ? I cannot post my reply on my original post. TalkTalk Community "anonymous" user keeps marking as SPAM.
