Could someone please point me to where the info is to terminate my contract? I am out of contract on August 21st, am I allowed to give my 30 days notice now without penalty or do I have to wait until after the August 21st contract end date?

It depends on whether you want to have no service at all, or switch to another provider. Have a look at the help article.

To place a cancellation you can call our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours on 03451720046.
The line will be open from 9am - 7pm. You would need to state the reason for your call when prompted - cancel my service.
