I keep losing broadband/internet connection. Having contacted Talk Talk help I received a new router.
My old router was a D-Link DSL-3782.
The new router I have received and installed is a new WiFi Hub.
I continue to lose my broadband/internet connection frequently. Particularly in the evening. What can be done to remedy this?
I am continuing to lose broadband/internet connection all throughout the day. I am using the equipment sent to me by TT, including the micro filter. I now have it plugged into the test socket of my master socket. I have no extensions. I have had to keep turning my router off and back on again.
In addition to this my telephone line is crackling. It has been like this since I started losing connection on Wednesday 16/10/19.
I managed to test my line last night and found that my line was unstable and the speed was below the what would be expected for fibre broadband.
Would someone please help me with this. I am having to post between drop outs.
