Intermmitent Wi-Fi on some devices

At the moment, this lap top, my mobile ad my husbands ipad.

there was an old mobile on, sorry. Now there is this lap top, 2 mobiles and an ipad.

Could I just ask what the make of the old mobile is? Is this now switched off?

There is a samsung on, iphone, ipad, hp lap top. The old phone I turned off is a samsung too.

Do you have anything else at all connected by wi-fi, printer perhaps or home plugs?

Sorry, I thought I replied yesterday. You may have seen another connection because my daughter came in...there was nothing else connected.

on and off it was earlier. Some pages wouldn't load and saying no internet.

OK I've pushed out the trial firmware, the update should complete in a couple of minutes, please let us know if there's any improvement

I have just done a talk talk speed checker it says 

The speed to your device is 22.0 Mbps

Unfortunately our test is not returning enough data to pinpoint any problem.
If you're expecting faster speeds, our Top Tips may be able to help.

 

I have just put on Arcylic wifi on...see how it goes.

I am sorry for not being responding earlier.

I am not sure what you mean? 

This problem has been on going since March. I have tried all the things that have been said.

Previously all was fine, no problem what so ever.

Now it is so unreliable, pages not loading, slow and sometimes no internet.

I was thinking of just changing providers but realised today we signed up for 18 months not 12. 🙄
