Do you have anything else at all connected by wi-fi, printer perhaps or home plugs?
Thanks for getting back to me. There appears to be 3 devices connected at the moment, all at a reasonable speed - does performance seem to be OK at the moment at your end?

This problem has been on going since March. I have tried all the things that have been said.
Previously all was fine, no problem what so ever.
Now it is so unreliable, pages not loading, slow and sometimes no internet.
I was thinking of just changing providers but realised today we signed up for 18 months not 12. 🙄
