Internet connection dropped a couple of nights around same time

Hi - I noticed that some line test must have been done this morning as the phone showed a line disconnect (?). I tried a couple of incoming/outgoing test calls and whilst it was much better than the other day when the crackling was almost constant, there would still be a loud crackle every now and again which was loud enough to not hear the other party.

We have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours. 

 

We can check the fault ticket on Thursday for an update
