Hi TT team
My internet connection is absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for 7 years and always had poor connection I bought boosters that help a little. Nearly a year ago I got fibre broadband. The connection is getting worse and over the last 2 weeks it keeps cutting out and I cant get it in some rooms of the house. Surely I must need a new router since the 1 i have is 7 years old. Should I not have received the wifi hub? I'm trying to home school my daughter which isnt easy with the wifi constantly cutting out. I also have the TT TV box which has also never been updated. Can anyone offer any help.

Following testing on this circuit all network test are passing, I have sent you a new WiFi Hub which you should receive in 3 working days please replace all equipment including power supply and cable.
