Internet has gone down

Yesterday I came home to my internet being incredibly slow, I turned it off at the wall and waited 30 seconds as this normally happens once a month or so and it seems to sort it out. Since doing this it now wont connect at all. I've been out today and replaced the router for a brand new one and its exactly the same. I've done a line test and apparently it's at my end hence the new router. I've not changed or moved anything so now I'm completely stuck. I'm self isolating and working from home so now I'm completely screwed as the call centre is shut??? Any help appreciated, thanks
