We just upgraded to fibre broadband a week ago and today is the go live date. The Internet isn't working AT ALL. The router kept blinking white and amber colours for hours, and then it turned into a constant amber light. We tried to contact customer service but couldn't reach them. Can someone help us fix this issue? It's quite frustrating.

If today is your 'go live' day then it could be activated at any time up to midnight, so it would be best to wait until tomorrow before trying to get any support.
The staff on this forum won't be around until Monday now, so if it is still not working tomorrow you may get faster support by using the live chat or phoning up over the weekend, however the staff on this forum should respond to this topic early next week to help if you are still having issues.
For one of the TalkTalk staff on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number that your TalkTalk service is provided on & an alternative contact number.
