Many times each day, the internet service drops and pages stop loading, for anything between 2 mins and half an hour each time. It affects the Wifi and hard wired signals at various times, sometimes coincidentally together. Each time any signal drops, we check the light on the hub and it's always solid white. More often than not, waiting patiently will see it reconnect, quicker than turning off the hub to reboot. Waiting also avoids interrupting other people that are using the internet, who may not be experiencing the drop in signal, at the time.
It doesn't seem to be a fault with the device that is connected to the internet, because it's affecting 3 PCs, 3 android phones and a printer. We have not noticed a problem with the phone line, but we don't use the phone often, so possibly wouldn't notice a short interruption.
Please can someone investigate or advise?
