As title says, internet has been out in my house for a day now. Solid orange light on router. I ran the diagnostic on the website and it says it's a problem on your end. When can I expect this to be fixed?

Have you an old router to test that it isn't the router? It may be worth trying doing a factory reset from the current router menu then turning it off and disconnecting for at least 30 minutes. This will clear your session and create a new one on restart without the DLM kicking in to slow speed to improve the line quality. I occasionally get this and this cures it.
