Hi I have your new router. It has been down for 6 hours.. The light is a constant red.
I have done a line test, everything has come back fine
Iv turned it off twice both times for at least half an hour..
I need my Internet back on. Can someone contact me please

Is the telephone number in your Community Profile the correct number for your line? (please do not post the number on this thread)
Is your landline service working when making calls? (do you have a dialtone)
