My internet is randomly disconnecting, the wireless is fine just drops the internet connection.
I have a DSL-3782 router which if I restart restores the connection.
The problem seems to be getting more frequent, any advice would be much appreciated.
I spoke with the customer team and they have sent me a Wifi Hub which is now up and running. I also had a problem with my phone line, so had to have a visit from an engineer which your advisor arranged very quickly.

Even though everything is working fine, I've noticed that when I run your HealthCheck dashboard it's telling me that the software on my router needs updating. Would you have a look please and maybe push out the latest release.
No problem. I've just checked and your router has the latest firmware version, this may have updated recently and the service status page should update shortly to reflect this.
