Internet service keeps disconnecting

My internet keeps disconnecting.  This also shows as an issue on my service checker.  I am working from home and this is now causing me big issues. I’ve unplugged and reset the router but it doesn’t make any difference

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks very stable. Are you connected wired or wireless when you experience the instability?
