I've responded to your pm but I have now also spoken to technical support regarding this on live chat and an engineer is booked for today ( PM slot )
I'm going to request him to change the box outside and to check the wiring outside and also at the pole, Also check for any issues further down the line toward the exchange as I am 100% certain there is something outside that isn't working as it should
( e.g water ingress where it shouldn't be, corrosion, bad joints and such )

MUCH MUCH lower than the previous highest speed of 44.5mbps down and 12.6mbps up

I was waiting really to see if there were any drops or anything before giving a response.
Speeds remain good, No storms have came my way yet though there has been some heavy rain and the connection remained stable with no drops besides the occasional drop overnight where the line is released and re-connects.
Had a power cut unfortunately yesterday for several hours and speeds came back even higher.
Current speed test is showing a downstream speed of 51.60mbps, And an upstream of 9.17mbps.
I will continue to monitor the speeds as DLM monitors the connection.
