There's an apology on Service Status (websites) re the overrunning maintenance.
"We're aware that customers will not be able to access the TalkTalk website including My Account, TalkTalk shop and some customer's are reporting access to TalkTalk Mail due to overrunning maintenance on our site, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 9:40AM - Our engineers continue to work on this and are investigating the delay, we'll provide further updates here."
