Joining talktalk

I was looking into joining talktalk for TV and broadband deal. I have a phone line currently in the house but it is saying I will need an engineer to come out. Is that solely for the TV or for board and too? The TV installation seemed straightforward.

Hi @donnabg

An engineer may be required to install a new socket, but it it usually all self install with the TV box and router. 

Does your current line have broadband on it?
