Anyone round able to help i appreciate you are busy but i dont seem to be getting anywhere 15 times ive restarted my router and have changed router to a new one suplied aswell and still having same issues its getting beyond a joke now never had a single problem with bt and was with them 8 years

Line test is passing but I can see that there were a lot of reconnections yesterday. DLM changed your profile in the early hours of this morning which seems to have resulted in a more stable connection - how have it been so far today?
Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service?
We may need to arrange an engineer visit but DLM may change your profile again tonight so could you bump the thread tomorrow and we'll see if there's been any improvement before deciding about the engineer

DLM didn't change your profile last night but the number of disconnections yesterday was much reduced from the day before, following the profile change in the early hours of yesterday morning (22 on Monday, 3 yesterday). I know it's early but there appear to have been no disconnections so far today.
