Hi Chris done it twice again in the last 1 hour please could you send an engineer then please as i cant carry on with it like this 5 days its been like it now

If you'd like us to arrange the engineer visit can you confirm:

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

In regards to engineer charges, if the fault is found to be with Openreach maintained equipment then no charges should be applied.
