The last live transcript issue of 2016 didn't really sort out my issue. I made a deal for fibre at the new customer rate of £19.95 but customer service says there is no sign of it. Can I prove this via the live chat transcript I had even if the +button conveniently didn't work to send it to my email. I was on fast broadband and my contract ended on 24th Feb. I arranged with live chat to continue with talk talk on fibre as long as I could get it at the new customer rate and they agreed. So do talk talk keep copies of that conversation I had????
