Lost fibre broadband for 4 days now.

I've been without fibre broadband since Friday 10th. Have tried all fault finding and rectification to no avail. Please help. I'm trying to keep in touch with my elderly mother who is self isolating.

Does your phone line work OK, have you tried moving router & phone to the test socket located behind the Master Socket's removable faceplate (if you have that design) via a new microfilter.

Phone line is fine. I've tried everything. 90% sure that it is a fibre problem outside the house that needs openreach.
