since tuesday when i had my faster fiber broadband turned on & i cant acess my subscription channels just get a message code ipc6017 that i cant add extra channels to my account , every thing else works , i had called customer services & after a run around i was told to wait till after midnight as some of my sevices hadnt been switched on , wednesday morning i find a email delivered at 4am to say everything was working , turned on tv & still no subscrittion channels . so i phone customer services and another 40 min run around i was told it had been escalated , a hour later i get a text message & after messing about i was told to phone in which i did after another 40 min run around to be told my problem hasnt been escalated then to be told a engineer would come out ,
he came yesturday & after changing to new box which did nothing he said its a problem at talk talks end & he phoned there dedicated engineer line & spent 50 mins being run around passed to 3 different people repeating everything & being ignored to be told it will be escallated
sorry for the long explaination but has anyone had this problem if so how did it get fixed
