Has the speed increased when connected wired? What happens with the facebook page, does it not load or do you receive an error message?

Yes erro message when i try to open facebook.. 69.2mbps of download 18.4 mbps upload

The speed test results look better based upon your sync speed.

 

What does the error message say? Could you check the HomeSafe settings again in My Account to ensure that this is not showing as enabled?
